Note on the natural wood basin
Wood is alive – and that's a good thing. After a longer period of disuse without water, the wood will contract slightly.
When you refill your tub, fine cracks may be visible for a few days – this is not a defect, but a sign of genuine craftsmanship. The wood will swell, the joints will close by themselves, and soon your tub will be watertight again, just like on the first day.
Our tip: It's best to always keep the tub filled with water – this way the wood will remain permanently swollen and you can jump in spontaneously at any time.

Shipment
We offer free home delivery for orders over €100. Our refrigerator and cooling sets are delivered by freight carrier to your curb. All other products are sent directly via postal service. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Oensingen.

Rental rates
Choose between the Horizon and Peak sets and decide on the appropriate term: 6 (CHF 524 per month), 12 (CHF 269 per month) or 24 months (CHF 138).

rental deposit
When concluding a rental agreement, we conduct a credit check. Depending on the result, a refundable security deposit (e.g., three months' rent) may be required. This deposit is due before delivery and serves as security in case of late payment, damage, or non-contractual return of the property. The security deposit will be refunded no later than 30 days after the end of the rental agreement.

Takeover after the end of the lease
You don't want to return your ice bath set after the contract ends? No problem! We'll credit you 100% of the rental payments you've made. You only pay 15% of the retail price (CHF 3,490 * 15% = CHF 523.50 ).
Example calculation for 6 months' rent including takeover: 6 x 524 = 3,144 + 523.5 = CHF 3,667.5

You can choose between durable oak from old wine barrels or light larch, thus individually defining the natural character of your ice bath. What temperature range does the cooling system support?
Our cooling system supports temperatures from 42 degrees to 2 degrees , which can be conveniently set via the display of the cooling system or an app.
How quickly can the water be cooled?
It takes just 5 hours to initially cool the water to 4 degrees. After that, the cooling system maintains the set temperature constantly.
There are already refrigerators on the market starting at a few hundred francs. Wouldn't those be sufficient?
The cheapest cooling units on the market only have a power output of around 300-800 watts. This means that cooling the water takes several days and leads only to frustration instead of enjoyment of the product.
For comparison: Our cooling system has a cooling capacity of 2000 watts and therefore only needs 5 hours to cool the water to a frosty 4 degrees.
How much electricity does the cooling system require?
The cooling system has a cooling capacity of 2000 watts. Thanks to its efficient operation, it consumes only 0.82 kWh of electricity at maximum cooling capacity. The cooling process stops automatically once the water reaches the desired temperature.
How loud is the cooling system?
With a noise level of 59db, this cooling system is among the quietest on the market.

Questions and answers about the correct use of our ice baths
Can I use EPSOM salt?
Since salt can damage the cooling unit, it should not be used.
Can the ice bath be used outside?
Our ice tray and cooling system can be used outdoors. If you wish to use the cooling unit in winter, it is important that the water circulates constantly, especially if the temperature drops below 0 degrees Celsius. In consistently low temperatures below -5 degrees Celsius, we recommend moving the unit indoors.
If the cooling unit is still located outside, it should be switched on constantly (without a timer/time switch) so that it can heat up when temperatures are too low.
We also recommend protecting the cooling system from harsh weather conditions to extend its lifespan. Ensure the plug does not get wet and the socket is grounded.
How heavy is the ice bath? Can I put it on the balcony?
There's generally nothing wrong with that. However, check with your landlord about any weight restrictions that apply to your balcony.
How do I keep the water clean?
Our cooling system features triple filtration to keep the water clean ( particle filter, UV filter, and ozone generator ). Additionally, you can use our chlorine-free active oxygen disinfectant to keep the water usable for several months.
How often do I have to change the water?
This depends on three factors: how many different people use the pool, how regularly the pool is used, and whether people shower beforehand and enter the pool with clean feet. On average, with 1-2 uses per week and the use of our chlorine-free disinfectant, the water can remain in the tub for several months.
How many minutes should I stay in the ice bath?
You should stay in the ice bath for at least two minutes to fully benefit from the positive health effects. The recommended duration naturally depends on the temperature – a rule of thumb is that you can stay in the ice bath for a maximum of one minute per degree.
Are there health risks associated with ice swimming?
Ice bathing is a workout for your body and shouldn't be taken lightly. It's best to start with a temperature between 10-15 degrees Celsius and gradually reduce it over several weeks. If you have cardiovascular problems, you should avoid ice bathing. After your ice bath, make sure you warm up thoroughly.
What is the advantage of ice bathing over a cold shower?
The ice bath can be set significantly colder, down to a frosty 2 degrees Celsius! Furthermore, your entire body is surrounded by the cold, unlike when you shower and only certain areas are affected. Studies show that the health benefits begin below 15 degrees Celsius, which you won't achieve with a cold shower.

How long is my warranty?
We offer a two-year warranty on our products. Consumable parts such as the filter are naturally excluded, as these need to be replaced periodically. You can easily reorder them from our shop.
